Outstanding and knowledgeable service with attention to detail. Friendly chef. Excellent quality sushi - uni was fantastic - one of the best i have had. Some of the warm dishes lacked identity. Good collection of sake. Will return!
For a sushi place, the most important thing is the freshness of the raw ingredients. At Hashiri, they have done a great job ensuring all raw fishes served are of premium quality. On top of that, they don't just serve the raw fishes as is. The chef and the kitchen staffs went a notch higher to ensure the preparation, the dressing, and the accompaniments all come harmoniously together and bring out the true flavors of the ingredients that further elevate the delicacies of each dish....read full review
