Considering the area The Bite is in, I didn’t have high expectations. It’s unassuming from the outside, but it’s a pretty decent place: it’s safe and nice inside, there are several tables and they are getting cleaned once the customers leave. I walked past this restaurant several times, tonight I went in and ordered a Lamb and Beef Gyro dinner, to go. A few minutes later I returned to pick up my order. There was wonderful music playing in the restaurant. I was very impressed with the food. The amount of food was plentiful. The taste of the food was Wonderful. Ordered spinach salad, no adds in. Very fresh, good combinations, big size. Only thing I would recommend to make it proper Mediterranean is to just add a seasoning bar with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice instead of the seasoning that came prepared cause it's too sugary. Service was excellent, very decent guys, all seemed kind and humble. Surprisingly fair/moderate prices, considering the city.
