Amazing yoga studio in San Francisco! I liked that they have kundalini yogaclasses a lot in a week schedule! The cafe is amazing. Very spacious, cozy atmosphere, many yoga people are chilling on the couches! Our recommended studio in San Francisco! There were many types of Kundalini yoga. The cafe attached to the studio was wonderful, and many yogis were relaxing on the sofas.
Took a yoga class here and it was one of the best yoga classes i've taken. It was challenging but relaxing, and the instructor did a great job leading the class. I wish I could do this every week because I felt great afterwards!

How have I slept on this treasure? Amazing tea house and yoga studio, take your shoes off at the door, indulge your senses in the smells of brewing teas, chocolate, the gentle vibrations of conversations and hushed voices interspersed with laughter and the sounds of classes starting and stopping. Yoga Nidra with Miguel was great, I’ll be back.
