came here for trivia night on Thursday! This was a great trivia, there were multiple rounds - the questions were fun and challenging and the MC was so fun. They started promptly at 7:30, and it lasted a few hours. It got really crowded, and we had gotten there around 6:30 to snag a table, but there was also a happy hour before. Stepping into 'The Detour' felt like finding a hidden gem in the heart of the Castro neighborhood. The melding of craft beer with vintage video arcades created an atmosphere that resonated with my love for both nostalgia and a good brew. A fun bar with good ambiance. Loud but not too loud. Big space with plenty of seats and screens. I love their glowing paintings on the wall. They also have plenty of old school video game consoles for a quarter a game. They will bring back memories. We watched the 49er's game here and they won. What a fund night. Their drinks are delicious and reasonable priced. Will try their food next time.
