I haven't been here for a while but we used to go periodically in 2019. Fun place for frozen yogurt with cute options!

Tiny, not so mainstream selection of yogurt. Sparse choice of toppings. And the toppings looked very old and picked over. All in all, I think I could have done a lot better for $13.

The most enjoyable part of fro-yo is the ability to customize your yogurt. This place had good pricing, decent amount of topping choices, and great taste. However, most toppings (e.g strawberries, mochies, popping boba) were protected behind the glass and customers had to ask the staff to add for them. Because I had to ask the staff and she wouldn't know how much I want in my bowl, I ended up with too much cheesecakes pieces and mochies with unproportionally small amout of froyo. It was not enjoyable when you can't customize it. I do understand they had this glass protection because of some people grabbing topping and runing away. But i hope they had an increased amt of security while allowing customers to freely choose their toppings.

Yogurt is runny & melted with small clumps inside. Toppings are messy & unclean. Saw a homeless man grab some toppings with his bare hands and just left! Wouldn't come back again.

Been going here for a while, and I love the small hole in the wall vibes! The yogurt is very good, and reasonably priced!

Decent pricing. Lots of toppings options. However the yogurt was average tasting. Tried the dark chocolate, vanilla and original flavors. All three were nice but could have been creamier and served at colder temperature.

- 75 cents /oz (Took very little ice cream with no toppings and it cost me $5)- do not let you taste it before buying-Limited flavors and toppings

I love their tart yogurt. I wish they had more tart fruit flavors. I always get ORIGINAL flavor, but sometimes they have gauva*orange sorbet that is tart&tasty. Staff is very nice & helpful. They have a rewards program. Public transit is close by. This is inside a HUGE mall on 2nd floor. Auntie Anne's pretzels are same floor. There is seating area close by. & On the lower level there is 2 food courts & eating area.

I was disappointed in the yogurt itself because it was very icy? The machine took forever to pull out the froyo so maybe they were low. But it didn't have that strong froyo flavor. The toppings were really fresh and good though. My go to combination is original tart topped with fresh fruits and cheesecake bites. Just in case you're indecisive- I gotchu.

One of my favorite and tastiest yogurts ?

Yogurt was okay. Honestly it's in a mall so I wasn't expecting quality. I wish Yoppi offered more flavors

No other place to get great froyo in downtown SF than Yoppi. They had several yogurt flavors and toppings. Staff was nice and let us sample the yogurt flavors. They were about to close so the fresh fruit wasn't available but I'm glad the staff still let us make a bowl with the toppings they had! The top is mountain blueberry yogurt with Cap'n Crunch and yogurt chips. The bottom is plain yogurt with butterfinger, recess pieces, fruity pebbles, Cap'n Crunch, and circus animal cookies.
