Great restaurant! The food is delicious and the interior is nice! Was told this location is under different management than the Dong Ting Chun in San Gabriel Square. The Mashed Eggplant with Green Pepper and Century Egg is AMAZING!
Amazing Hunan flavors! They are not shy about expressing the authentic spiciness of the region.. chef is definitely from Hunan. Their dishes hit every time. If spicy food is not your thing, skip this spot. Asking for milder heat 100% compromises the integrity of the flavor & experience.

The flavor of all the dishes is really amazingly. The environment is clean and new. Bing care of dinner time since of the long line of waiting. The service they provided is really nice and alternate. They tried to serve the customer who come by chronological by change the table size. Definitely tried the steam egg and other dishes that not spicy because they are also really out of standing.
