Having visited several times, I usually don't give a damn about the customer service, also I understand the work efficiencies due to some undetectable situations. However, they forgot to prepare my order and didn't even offer an apology. People who ordered later than us got their drinks.

Worst drink ever!! I ordered a small avocado kale and almond smoothie with mango. It not only costed $10 for a super small drink like this, in addition, there’s no taste of avocado or kale. The worst part is that the almonds taste old and stale. Both workers were extremely slow and inefficient even thought there were only two costumers.Never want to go back, and please don’t fall into this trap!!

The drink I got was called make you thinner it was really good and not too sparking like with chai seeds and jelly inside. The service was quick and easy. The only thing was I'm a slow drinker so I usually never finish my drinks but this time I finished the drink in less than 10mins haha one this means I really liked the drink and two THERE WAS A LOT OF ICE. My drink was filled with ice and there was not much to drink.

Order two drinks online at 1:00pm. Arrived 30 mins later to pick up my order but they employee stated that the blender was down. I kindly requested my refund, but they didn’t know how to. Instead, they requested me to come back in a hour to pick up my drink. Ridiculous. I have other things to do and can’t accommodate to your schedule. Won’t be back. I’m very disappointed.

The names of their drinks were cute but it took me awhile to figure what to order, because they all sounded pretty interesting. They offer CBD as an add on to the drinks (topping called chill). Tried sensual coconut and make you thinner with CBD. Both were good. They use real fruit here so the drinks tasted fresh. The sparkling water made it refreshing for a hot summer afternoon. I do wish the drinks were larger though.

WOW, such a cool, underrated find! I was recently in the SGV and was excited to try a fun new boba place. At first glance, Citeadrinks seemed a bit gimmicky to me, but it was well-regarded on Little Red Book (Chinese social media) so I decided to give it a try. The store itself is mahjong themed with punchy signage and a street-wear/trendy slant. Prices are on par with other boba places post-COVID, though I was flabbergasted to see a $10 coconut drink. There was only one party in front of us so we were able to order quickly. You can order either at the counter or at kiosks off to the side. They are offering 10% off and popping boba with yelp check-in, though communication was a bit unclear and I think they only gave me the 10%. Either way, under $6 for an excellent drink is a rare find these days!I got one of their winter items, the coconut juice with grape jelly. I normally get tea-based drinks but this juice might just convince me to expand my horizons more, because it was absolutely fantastic!!!! One of the tastiest, most unique drinks I've had at a boba shop. There was grape jelly at the bottom of my cup, sort of like jello, and you are supposed to stir it into the coconut milk/water poured over it. I was a bit nervous because I didn't see any options for adjusting sugar or ice, but my drink came with the perfect "not too sweet" sweetness, and didn't get watered down as the ice melted. The coconut taste is not overpowering, but instead adds a buttery, almost savory-rich dimension to the grape. It is creamy but I don't think it is entirely coconut milk, as it is light and refreshing without being too heavy. I think it is a drink that both coconut lovers and the coconut hesitant will enjoy. I also had a sip of my friend's blended yogurt hawthorn drink. The yogurt taste was really good but I think they only used haw flake candy and not actual haw berry in the drink. The blended haw flake didn't really integrate into the yogurt so it tasted like yogurt with a haw flake topping. It was good but not really what we were hoping for. Citeadrinks has an extensive and unique menu. They offer many health-forward drinks including traditional Chinese herbal tea blends for everything from PMS to fatigue, and avocado-kale shakes. They also have a myriad of toppings I rarely if ever see in the US. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in the SGV!

The wife wanted to pick up some drinks for her and her mom so we made our way to Citea and while the overall drinks are not my style, I can definitely appreciate their unique offerings. ITEM'S ORDERED:Dragon Fruit Yogurt ShakeCitea CoconutTASTE:The Citea coconut drink is just so cool to look at since it comes in the cup comes in an actual coconut. I believe it's a mix of coconut water & coconut pudding that makes for a strong enough coconut flavor that is still light and refreshing. It's topped off with toasted coconut for that extra coconut flavor and texture. I believe this drink to possibly be a little more health-oriented in a good way, so while it's somewhat creamy, it is not very thick & overly sweet. The Dragon Fruit Yogurt Shake very much lives up to it's name since you really can taste both of the flavors. The tart yogurt and fresh dragon fruit flavor really come through in a nice way. Again this drink is not overly sweet at all. The atypical bottle it comes in is pretty cool as well.SERVICE:The two girls working were very sweet and friendly which always makes the drinks taste that much better. LOCATION & PARKING: It's very green & pretty small inside. All the green nicely adds to the freshness of the drinks that they offer. It does not appear the type of place where you'd actually stay & have your drink since it's quite small. Thumbs up for the huge selfie style light they have so you can take nice photos of your drink. They are located in the "Sunny Plaza" right on Valley Blvd. It's the same plaza as A Ri Rang Tofu House, one of my local favorites for Korean food. Limited parking at the front, but there is a parking lot in the back and I believe there is also subterranean parking there as well.If you are looking some real, fresh fruit drinks and more unique variations, be sure to check them out. Oh and in the realm of unique, they make durian drinks, which you'll know right away since the smell hits you when you walk in.
