Check out this adorable Pokémon cake! I have had the pleasure of indulging in Fortune Bakery for many years and it never disappoints. This two tiered creative cake had mango strawberry marble cake with custard for the bottom layer and vanilla with chocolate mouse for the picky kids who don't like fruit in their cake. As you can see it was demolished and it was very good! The figurines were provided by the customer and the bakery displayed them on the cake.
Traditional Asian cakes have been a birthday staple my whole life. This is my local go-to when I want to switch things up from the ones offered at Phoenix Bakery. If you've ever had an Asian cake, you know these are just lighter and yummier. Fortune Bakery will satisfy your Asian cake needs/cravings. Their cakes, as you can see, are aesthetically simple but their taste is on point. Ordered in 2021. Cake was moist and yummy. The service was great, the owner offered to add the flower I brought in myself and the price was decent back then. Small location but convenient and easy to access street parking.
