Absolutely disgusting turkey bacon bfast sando this morning. It smelled like someone had handled it after smoking a pack of cigarettes then dropping it on the floor next to the trash can prior to bagging it. It was completely inedible and I didn’t have time to return it get a refund for it. I’ve never had an experience like this. I don’t think I’ll ever order this again.

First and last time I come to this location. Wednesday 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon walk in place my order almost 20 min later I get the one drink I ordered. Cashier and one other barista chatting it up, Meanwhile the drive through barista is working for a$$ off.

Unpleasant customer service. I live around the corner and usually 4/5 times I come here the line is ridiculously long due to the two entrances and I wait about 10-20 minutes everytime. I always put in a mobile order due to this. Today just so happened to be the rare times that there was nobody in line. I pull up to the order speaker and get told to keep into consideration that it takes 5 - 7 minutes to make a drink since I mobile ordered 4 minutes ago. Like understood if this place was consistently empty... but it's literally not, it's always a chaotic mess. I didn't need a lecture this morning either when it's literally 1 minute off the drink make time... not like I ordered it 1 min ago and hopped in line. And if it isn't that busy, wouldn't that give more a reason to make the drinks at a faster rate. Yikes.

Very rude workers I rated 1 star because I had to but my review is 0 the guy with the black hair pretending I was not there my drink stood on the counter for 15 mins. He did not tell me it was done it was ice cold I he didn't even say sorry.

This Starbucks is one of my favorite locations. I came here on a semi-holiday (morning of Thanksgiving day) to play some board games and catch up with friends, nothing too crazy. The place is well-lit, the pastries (one of my favorite things about Starbucks) were surprisingly delicious and the whole staff is friendly and helpful.

This was the second time I ordered a drink at this location of Starbucks and I had to wait 13 minutes longer than I was supposed to. And I ordered light ice London fog tea latte, 4 pumps vanilla syrup. But when I reached the drink, I found not a drop of vanilla syrup. And they're not sorry at all. The first time I ordered take out ， I remember making my son wait 20 minutes longer than the scheduled time, and they were unapologetic. I suggest you avoid this store. There are plenty of Starbucks stores around. Don't waste your time and money going to this one.
