I ordered popcorn chicken ($7 is overpriced for such a small serving) and 70% sugar milk tea w/o boba & ice combo. The chicken smelled really nice but tastes bland. The milk tea was ok, not too sweet trying to be healthy

I gave this place another chance amidst the COVID pandemic and I was very pleasantly surprised! T% Tea House has really good Hokkaido milk tea - one that rivals Boiling Point's! I got it with regular sweet and was very similar to how sweet it is at Boiling Point. Delicious and sweet enough even when the ice melts.I used to frequent this place when it was Tbay and really liked it. However, not too long after it changed to Tea Republic, the quality really decreased. Now, that it's changed to T% Tea House, the quality seems to be up to par again! I will definitely come back. I ordered through Postmates, and it was super convenient. I'm so happy I gave this place another chance! I now have another go-to place for Hokkaido milk tea besides Boiling Point and Bon Appetea.

Ordered via Postmates and the food is too salty we couldn't finish the food and were just thrown to waste! And to add more, it was so pricey and does not justify the quality of food. Will never ever order again from T%! What a waste of money considering this pandemic!

I've been ordering Boba drinks and popcorn chicken from here every single weekend since Christmas! I love this place, best popcorn chicken ever, I always get the very spicy option. My husband gets the no spicy option.

One of the best spots to chill out with your friends:) the people who works there's are so genuine and the place gives out a good vibes. My friend and i literally came here almost everyday for 2 weeks to study/do homework. The fact that we stayed here for like 5 hours a day, the workers were nice enough to give us free boba drinks on special occasions. I would really recommend this place if you want quality drinks. Not to mention that their boba cups are collectible. The only down side to this place is that i wished there was a stamp card or something where you buy 10 drinks and get one free.

During quarantine time, it's one of the few tea shoppes I still visit :p inside is clean and staffs are friendly. My go-to is their 桂花烏龍奶茶, quite refreshing and lightly sweetened (I normally ask for 50% sugar and less ice). Ordered takeout for my friends and they like it too.

I ubereats this boba place and from the note they wrote me, I can see that they really care about customer satisfaction. The sweet potato fries were crispy and well seasoned like how I asked. The popcorn chicken definitely has spice into it.

Place is clean, friendly staff, their popcorn chicken is very tasty, I go here for Oolong tea, they also have free wifi here, parking wise, you can park on the street or the 168 plaza
My philosophy on boba and tea shops is, "If their base milk tea is good, then everything is good." This place right here, has one of the best milk tea bobas I've ever had. It wasn't overly sweet, it didnt taste diluted, and even the boba was chewy and had the right amount of sweetness to it. To top it off, it's fairly priced as well! Around 5.75 for a reasonably tall drink. If you're looking for new boba spot, I highly recommend T% anyday.

Located on Las Tunas, plenty of parking to go around. Watch out for those compact lanes and people who can't park. Opt for a sea salt milk cream with jasmine tea.. adjusted the sugar level to half. and added pudding The tea flavor wasn't so strong and the sea salt milk cream on top is very thick! Plenty of seats to go around, great place to study!

Got here before 12:30 midnight, they close at 1am. Literally waited for 15min for them to acknowledge us and then tell us the kitchen is closed. 15min after they served other people food. Really disappointed. The place is filled with people who are eating too. That was not our fault we were waiting for them to take our order. Slow service and really unfriendly staff. Never coming back again. If you ever are hungry and out in this area, I really wouldn't recommend this place.

Big ups on this place because it closes @1am! Prob the only tea house I know that functions till 1am from everyday basis. My def goto is the brown sugar milk tea. They got a couple of dishes to munch on as well. The interior is pretty simple, usually when I go the tea house is filled with people studying/ doing work. Service is always on the dot with this place. I usually park in the shopping plaza with the super market and just walk here.
