Came here few weeks ago and did orders online was not satisfied. Services was bad, not very kind I guess because almost their closing time but it's not professional being unwelcoming your customers during business hours. My online order was unacceptable and I messaged them, no response. I ordered jasmine green milk with boba and a Jeanine green tea without boba. The Alley is one of my favorite places to get brown sugar boba. The quality is there! I love the crime brûlée version especially! The inside of the shop is very cute and lively! They're always playing music and is the perfect place to hang out and drink some good boba. The employees here are very attentive and help you navigate the menu!

Jasmine Milk Tea with boba 50% sweet:Boba is smaller than normal. It is like a medium size. I don’t prefer this size but the flavor is good.Jasmine milk tea flavor is very creamer-y. It’s nice.
