The quick on this place. Service is great. Their staff is attentive and provides a delightful experience. Sushi is good but the other half of the menu, I am not too sure about. I love Peruvian food, I also Love Japanese food, this should be a great combination but i feel it's not for me. Such as the Sweet Potato on the menu. The bar setting in the middle of a beautiful hotel gives a very warm open feeling. It was surprisingly empty but I attributed that to being spring break week. Everything we ordered was amazing.
