The food and service was awesome!! Just have to share my experience I just had on 04/19/2024. We decided on blaze pizza for dinner and went to this location. Everything was good when I first walked in and ordered my pizza, service was excellent and my pizza came out delicious. But, when I went to choose a table to sit and enjoy my food. I start to notice the filth. I picked a decent looking one but when I sat down and took a look at the floor, I see what looks like the floor hasn’t been properly swept or mopped in a while. I instantly felt dirty the second I sat down and started to look around me. Not to mention I left with sticky elbows from setting them on the table. The walls, the tables, the floor, by the garbage just basically everywhere you look. I’ve been to a different location and it didn’t not look like this at all. It was nice, clean and comfortable. I didn’t want to rush out of there like I did this place. I couldn’t even enjoy my pizza in that dirty environment. Just grabbed a box and will have to reheat and enjoy at home. I don’t blame the employees, how would they know they need to clean if the don’t have any guidance. I blame the person running that place for simply not caring about their team and showing them the proper way to clean that place because it definitely needs it done. Disgusting honestly, I will more then likely never come back to this location because of my first experience there. Just wanted to share how I felt being in there, if you were considering choosing this location for some food. I hope the restaurant see this review and really take a look around and fix the problem. The simple solution is to give that place a good scrub then, maintain it’s cleanliness. and for the person running that place to actually care. What a shame.There was also a fruit fly flying around my face, food and drink. I kept swatting it away. That’s was pretty annoying.

>>DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE<<Ordered a 2 topping, 2 large pizza deal for something like $27, as a delivery. Ended up paying around $45 after the delivery fee and tip, which feels a bit steep but I was willing to pay 150% for the convenience.The order arrived at the time specified but they only delivered one of the pizzas. I 'opened a ticket' on the website, no response. Called their store and the phone menu strongly discourages you from calling in to speak with someone at the store. First time calling in no one picked up and the call ended (~5mins waiting on hold). Second time calling in I was able to reach some (another ~2-3mins on hold) and I spoke with Leslie. She said I could come pick up the remaining pizza but that wasn't an option for me at the time. I asked for a refund and she said 'she would try to.' She took down my name and number and said she would call/text when she found out if she could get me a refund. This was about 8 hours ago now, still haven't heard back from her. Still haven't received a response from the 'ticket' opened on the website.Absolutely terrible customer service considering the steep price. Will never order from here again and will be sure to tell my neighbors that this 'take your money and run' policy is just how they do business here.

This is literally the worst service I have ever had— I have Celiacs (no gluten) and dairy intolerance and they tried to just switch out the crust after I ordered the gluten free one. Even after I called them out on it nobody there seemed to know what was in their crusts, even though allergens are listed for the customers!!You will wait a long time, they are always out of everything, and move slower than you could believe (like just put the pizza out, stare at it, and not move).We tried to come back a couple of times, but we’ve learned our lesson and will never be back!

I grew up in NYC so I am a bit of pizza snob. I believe in giving honest reviews so owners can improve the experience. We drive across town from East Foothills to make your own pizza here. It is a good place for make your own pizza. We used to go to Mod Pizza on Brokaw but they eliminated the toppings we loved. At Blaze I order the cauliflower crust pizza because I am diabetic. My only feedback, they are skimpy with topping/ mushrooms are see though sliced, etc. I have to ask to please add more, please add more, etc. The soda machine does not have many sugar free options. I would prefer pepsi max over the coke offering or the Coke-Cola Freestyle machine would be better. The seating area is very basic. They could do more to make a better vibe to make feel more like a neighborhood pizzeria. Overall a decent pizza. We would come by more often if they were more generous with veggie toppings and had pepsi max or coke freestyle.Vegetarian options: build you pizza with all the veggies you want.Dietary restrictions: You can make a diabetic or keto friendly pizza. I placed an order on Grubhub and I arrived at my pick-up time. I went to the pick-up side and they said my pizza was in the oven. I waited 40+ minutes after they told me it was almost ready. No point of mobile order!!!! I then asked for my order again and they realized they'd made me a small pizza instead of my large pizza order. I left upset and should have asked for a refund instead. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and rushed. The pizza dough tasted stale and the mozzarella cheese was not cheesy!

Food is always good. Tastes great and a wonderful variety of toppings to choose from. The service is terrible however and you will have a difficult time justifying eating at this fast casual establishment when they are not able to provide the fast portion of that arrangement. For context, I waited 8 minutes to order when I was 2nd in line. It took an additional 21 minutes to move through the line to have my order built (simple pie with just sauce and cheese and a build your own). This is 29 minutes to just start cooking our order with 1 family of 2 in front of me. Very poor management and organization as I could have ordered and eaten at another place before I was able to eat here. Would not recommend any longer as this location has failed in delivering basic service. I also ordered their new meatballs which they forgot to warm therefore waiting over 30 minutes and not getting an item i had ordered as I waited for them to do their jobs. 2 star only because the food I did eat was tasty
