I grew up in NYC so I am a bit of pizza snob. I believe in giving honest reviews so owners can improve the experience. We drive across town from East Foothills to make your own pizza here. It is a good place for make your own pizza. We used to go to Mod Pizza on Brokaw but they eliminated the toppings we loved. At Blaze I order the cauliflower crust pizza because I am diabetic. First of all, the pizza is good here, but you will need to have a little patience getting it. TIP! You can get 20% off by using the Blaze Pizza gift cards The service is off here. When I pickup, I have to keep an eye on what's coming out of the oven and keep asking if it's mine. They don't bother calling out the names when it's made. I've seen customers get pissed off waiting for their pizza to be brought out to their cars while workers are chatting with their buddies eating pizza....read full review
