I tried Chic-Fil-A for the first time in San Jose on Almaden. It was crowded, and the line was extremely long. The server was not friendly and seemed impatient. It was busy, so I assumed she was trying to get the orders in quickly. The parking lot is small for the large crowd they serve. Aside from that, the food was pretty good. Compared to most fast food places, the inside here felt very close to a restaurant: spacious and clean. Prices are a little high, but hey, it’s Chik Fil-A.The gentleman at the register, Rylan, was a very friendly guy, that answered my questions with patience and a winning smile.Everyone in the back was chatting and looked like they were having a good time and enjoyed their jobs.Overall, a solid Chik fil-A branch.

Lately rushed service by the teenagers employed here. Never ask if the sandwich is a deluxe or regular and fail to ask what kind of cheese because more interested in speed of order instead of accuracy. Pretty disappointing when I get home to find out my sandwich is literally a piece of chicken in between 2 breads. Fries are overly salted.
