I have been ordering via DoorDash from this particular Happy Lemon several times now. I like this location because you can order *both* an S2 & a Bubble Waffle + puff cream or salted cheese. (Other locations might have Bubble Waffles available but you cannot get an S2 there & vice versa.) This location has both of those items. If you like to order the Boba Milk Tea w/Puff Cream I recommend the following: less ice/ no ice (you'll get more drink) add "puff cream" as an Extra Topping ($1.00 extra but SOO worth it!! ) 25% sugar (having a little bitter tea helps to bring out the sweet of the honey boba & the puff cream)

i’ve never been so upset walking out of happy lemon. i ordered and the lady who was working next to the person who took my order had already made my drink when i wasn’t even done and when i ordered the toppings, she practically just shoved the toppings on top of my salted cheese. not only that, but i had a rewards and the lady asked me if i wanted to use it. i said no i’ll use it later but she input it in so she couldn’t take it out. i looked at the kiosk and told her i didn’t want to use it but she just stared at me cluelessly. after the drink came out that the lady just made carelessly, i requested them to make it again and they messed up again. i had specifically requested them to take out the ice but they put it in. when i asked them to make it again to take out the ice, the lady stared at me like she didn’t want to and said that she already put the salted cheese on top. i’m so disappointed. this isn’t the first time they have messed up my order too. if you’re gonna make a drink for a customer then at least make it satisfactory.

Giving 1 star because I have to enter one to give the rating.Haven't been here in a while because the parking lot is so crazy most days, but I was taking my nieces and nephew out for the day and figured I'd take them to get a treat. Not sure how they got the orders so wrong because there was no one else in the shop when we got there. I ordered 5 boba milk teas with 50% ice and 75% sugar for the kids and 1 mango green tea with 50% ice and 50% sugar.Luckily, the kids were more happy to hang out and didn't realize that the drinks were messed up. It was me that noticed that my drink was way too sweet that I looked and the labels on on the drinks. To top it off, I didn't order a large, but they were all large sizes (up-charge)Very disappointed that even though we were the only customers in the shop, the orders weren't made correctly.No offer to remake the drinks or any apologies for the mistakes.

Love this place! I always get the Green Tea with Salted Cheese - def an og!! I use to get this drink everyday in high school when happy lemon first opened near my house. I use to mix the drink but I really recommend sipping it to taste the sea cream. Mango Matcha Smoothie - Depending on the workers, this drink is either a hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good and other times it tastes like play dough :/ Also, this drink is only one size so I finish it pretty fast. Theres many locations now so if you wanna give it a try, I'd definitely recommend! They have a limited edition Strawberry shortcake drink that I really enjoyed! Lemon yakult w/ aloe and boba is my go-to order, right after my #1 order of the lemon slushy. I love anything with yakult and lemon since I'm a sour type of gal. However, I forgot to adjust my drink and so it came with 100% sugar. Faaaar too sweet for my liking. Oops!! The service was alright. The girl was nice to explain that HL no longer uses reward cards and now has its own app with a scannable QR code. I'll check it out.Ambiance is nice. Small, quiet. A few tables occupied by fellow boba drinkers just sipping away and hiding from the extreme heat outdoors. Like me!

Although in Happy Lemon official website, it is said that " Simply bring your old reward card to your local store, cashier would lovely help to transfer your points", this location did not help me. It seems that they want me to lose all of my reward points???
The Oreo waffle is pretty good, not too sweet. My favorite is the Oreo tiramisu milk tea. The service is here fast. After I order my drink a couple mins later our drinks are ready!

There menu items are produced in a consistent manner and you get what you ask for.The wait can get a bit long here, but during non-peak hours service is usually pretty quick. The workers are always super friend. Definitely a plus.This boba shop is decorated similarly to other Happy Lemon locations. Cute, but nothing outstanding.This place is solid and consistent. Just not my favorite.

Let me preface this by saying do not confuse this happy lemon review with my other happy lemon review. With that said this happy lemon is far better then others that I have been to. The place is clean, not crowded, and efficient. When I go to Happy Lemon is as a treat it's something that I get every day or even every week but when I do I like my sweets and so does my husband. Today I got my usual B2 100%Ice/ 100% sugar my husband normally gets the same but today he changed it up and tried something new, the F10. We also ordered the match bubble waffle and the original waffle with a side of the must have salted cheese. They prepared our order and total it took about 10 mins not bad considering I have waited much longer for a bubble waffle. When we got home we tried our drinks.... Mine WRONG only 25% sugar my husband's DELICIOUS super good. I called happy lemon and explained the situation with my drink and after the 2nd call they answered and was happy to fix the issue. The fact that they took ownership right away and took my info to make sure when I arrived they knew I was coming and once they made a new one they asked me to sample it to make sure it was correct and of course it was . The reason for my 4 stars is only because I wish they had took my order correctly the first time but other than that small hiccup everything else was spot on. I would 100% return to this happy lemon, and I would 100% recommend this location over others. Some tips: - Make sure you get a points card- check your drink(s) before you leave- get the salted cheese

I had their green Tea and honey with boba. It was iced and very refreshing. The location is easy to find but. kind of tucked away in the shopping center. Their menu had plenty of options. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. The tea was freshly brewed as I waited. Looking forward to trying my next drink.

It was busy night for a Monday and I'm not sure if it was because it's a little chilly or just cause the Chinese NY celebration is still happening.It's whatever your jam is w/salted cheese or the cream topping, maybe even just boba MilkT?You basically can't go wrong when ordering anything from here cause they all taste pretty good. As soon as you walk in & they hear the bell, with or without eye contact, you always get a warm welcome greeting & also from hen your waiting for the cashier to take your order. Located in a plaza that's pretty busy, they have lots of parking but, it's up to you if you need to park closer or just find a parking spot & walk over.
