How is it possible to provide such terrible service. Yes, read the reviews first and thought how bad can it be!? We sat down, looked at by 2 servers but not greeted. Waited so long for anyone to show up to our table that we were packing up to leave and our server finally addressed us. Got the order all wrong, long wait with a plane to catch. The food was okay for airport food. Dropped a hundred dollars for a horrible experience and sub par meal. Shame on me.
Even though I gave this only 3 stars for food I will say that for where it is in SJC it is actually pretty good. But when compared against burger places not at airports it get dropped into mediocrity. Service was a little different. Not my favorite but it did work out to get me fed with everything I asked for. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and informed that it is last call for food and drinks which was perfect because we had 45 minutes until our flight boarded.Bartender was tentative to all 6 remaining guests.Hubbs ordered the burger and fries, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and fries.
