The meals are undoubtedly delicious! My favorite is focaccia. It has a crispy texture on the outside and is soft on the inside. It is dipped in fresh virgin olive oil and makes me want to eat all the dough! The creamy pappardelle we ordered included cheese served tableside. Although the mixing process lowered the temperature of the noodles, it did not damage the deliciousness. It was also an experience to see the chef's neat techniques. The Margarita pizza A Routan di carro margarita pizza that was served last was simple and you could feel the aroma of tomatoes, cheese and handmade crust at the same time, except that it was over-baked in some places...The only drawback of the restaurant is that carbohydrates like this are too expensive...but if you do it occasionally, it's acceptable! Our service staff and table chefs are great, but the reception service at the door needs to be strengthened. The original 5-minute waiting time was temporarily changed to 30 minutes...but when making such changes, they looked arrogant?. After coordination, the problem was solved Solved, but... Restaurant reviews cannot be created by one person. If the service attitude is questionable, how can one ask for a tip of more than 18%?Don't let the service ruin the food!

Food was good. Not over the top fantastic, but decently good. Service was great. Freshly oven fired pizza was soft and appetizing. Spinach Pepe pasta was pleasantly delicious. Meat balls were ok’ly good. Price is what you’d expect from a Valley Fair restaurant, on the high side in my opinion.

La Pasta La Pizza at Eataly offers a delightful dining experience with great vibes and delicious food. It's the perfect spot for brunch or dinner with friends and family. The Margherita Pizza impresses with its authentic flavors and quality ingredients. The Ravioli di Pomodoro showcases the restaurant's commitment to quality pasta dishes. Additionally, the Limonata adds a refreshing touch to the meal. Overall, La Pasta La Pizza is a fantastic choice for a memorable dining experience.Rating -Margherita Ravioli di

I don't get all the negative reviews here. We had focaccia, pizza and cannoli and we were very pleased with everything.Focaccia was good with very tasty olive oil, yummy!Pizza was good, not excellent but top 20%.Cannoli were awesome, super fresh and crunchy crust and you fill them yourself with the ricotta they bring to you (not even comparable to all the places where they serve you hours old and soggy cannoli).

Worst service ever. Their hosts/waitress/waiters are rude and impolite. First host said 10-15 minutes wait. After 20 minutes she said a table is being prepared and will be ready for us in a minute, then walked away. After another 5 minutes, second host lady said we need to wait for another 15-20 minutes. I told her previous lady just set a table ready for us. Second lady then rolled her eyes, walked us in, did not say a word or anything. Rude and arrogant. Waited another 10 minutes for waiter to just say hello and bring water. No service at all, while suggesting 20% tip. Waiter/waitress/hosts were chatting here and there while did not check on the order/food at all. Food was just ok (3/10). Trust the reviews on their bad service, they are all true. Don’t go there.

Had the Arancini, Insalata Di Cavolo Nero salad and Pin-wheel pasta (Fettuccine Al Burro Di Tartufo E Parmigiano). Had been meaning to try a place where they serve pin-wheel pasta. The starters were okay. The pasta was delicious. Would recommend.

I’ve been fortunate to visit all of the US Eataly locations. I always order the same pasta dish as a comparison to see if the recipe is consistent with all locations. I ordered the bucatini amatriciana. But this location had rigatoni instead- ok not a problem; the sauce should still be same. But was quite disappointed when I had it here. Not sure if it was an odd night or something but I also tried my friends pasta dishes and their entrees were similar in quality - under seasoned and lacking flavor. My friends ordered the bolognese, lasagna, fettuccine, and arrabbiata - all lacking salt. Then we thought, ok ask for more cheese- the saltiness from it could help. We got more cheese and tasted again, not really a good fix. We were all embarrassed to ask for more salt but when we did, the server had to crack the salt for us. We did mentioned to him that our food didn’t taste the way we hoped it would be, but he never offered to replace our plates or fire up another entree - instead apologized and ran off. Granted it was a Saturday night, super slammed, and we barely saw our server… I was doing my best to be empathetic to the server and how busy he was but we had to flag other people down for water or any attention. Everybody at the table didn’t eat their entrees after the first few bites. We left it.Overall experience wasn’t the greatest. I’m usually forgiving when it comes to the service industry as I had worked in it for years previous in all FOH roles. I was trying to flag down the manager on duty that night after we paid the bill. But our patience wore thin after 30 minutes of waiting on any service attention. I’m not trying to get a free meal, I wanted to let the manager know maybe something is wrong or off in the kitchen because all of our food, not good. We chose to go out to eat so we know we pay for the food and experience. Even then, the service from front of house wasn’t the best either. Will I return to this location? Maybe not so soon. Maybe in another year to see maybe they improved? But not the best tasting location for the pasta. That’s just my experience though… yours might vary.

I've been researching for best Neapolitan pizza places, and have been wanting to try the pizza spot at Eataly. Unfortunately, not top notch... The pizaolo are fun to watch.. they are proz. The pizza looks the part, but just doesn't come together perfectly. Individual ingredients are good, esp the burrata. Crust is above average.Pasta on other hand was a no go. Sauce was bland, and dish was just barely warm. However, the burrata appetizer is highly recommended.Outdoor seating is really nice on a beautiful day like this.

The featured fettuccine with Parmesan and truffle was fantastic, from the table side service to the last bite. Many thanks to our server for the recommendation. Antipasto plate to share for starters exquisitely assembled, and an excellent Valpolicello to accompany everything. We were gratified that the attentive staff was able to find a quiet table for us, too. We'll be back!

The food is always amazing, what earned this review 3 stars was the service. I should never have to ask where my food is...or wonder. The salad/foccacia came right out...30 minutes later, my cacio e pepe came. And even if it was late...or taking a bit longer, communication is key. Philippe never said a word! That was enough for me!

Super overpriced. Food is good, but apart one or two things hard to find in US grocery stores, nothing really special. Did I say it is extremely overpriced? Indoor is very noisy, music is kept loud and it's impossible to enjoy the meal and have a talk with people at the table. Service is friendly, but they don't have a clue of what they are serving.

It feels like the waiter at this restaurant weren't treated or not well trained. The waiter who took our order had a terrible attitude. My friend and I each ordered a 2-course meal to share, so we tried to order 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. However, the waiter insisted we could only order 1 appetizer with 1 entrees at a time and was very impatient. When we had questions about the menu, he didn't explain anything, and when we pointed at a dish saying we wanted that one, he impatiently said it was a salad, not bread. He rushed us to order quickly, even though it was only 11:30 am and the restaurant was only about 1/5 full. He didn't come back until we were ready to pay, suddenly wearing a big smile and holding an iPad for us to pay, staring at us to fill in the tip section. If it weren't for the tough times, I definitely wouldn't have given him an 18% tip. We're not asking for excessive warmth either. We understand it's just a job. But at least, they shouldn't display impatience or disdainful attitudes, right?

Our first time trying this Eataly restaurant and it did not disappoint. We took advantage of the spring 2-course special. All dishes were tasty and our server Alfredo was personable. We'll be back to try more!
