I've been researching for best Neapolitan pizza places, and have been wanting to try the pizza spot at Eataly. Unfortunately, not top notch... The pizaolo are fun to watch.. they are proz. The pizza looks the part, but just doesn't come together perfectly. Individual ingredients are good, esp the burrata. Crust is above average.Pasta on other hand was a no go. The featured fettuccine with Parmesan and truffle was fantastic, from the table side service to the last bite. Many thanks to our server for the recommendation. Antipasto plate to share for starters exquisitely assembled, and an excellent Valpolicello to accompany everything. We were gratified that the attentive staff was able to find a quiet table for us, too. We'll be back!

The food is always amazing, what earned this review 3 stars was the service. I should never have to ask where my food is...or wonder. The salad/foccacia came right out...30 minutes later, my cacio e pepe came. And even if it was late...or taking a bit longer, communication is key. Philippe never said a word! That was enough for me!
