For some reason it took longer than expected to get my order completed. I was the only customer there. May be the online orders and shortness of staff. But their Banh Mi sandwiches are good. Made to order.
We stopped by for a quick banh mi after seeing that the banh mi place we typically go to right next door had a super long wait. We grabbed a grilled pork sandwich but there are a large variety of snacks and food to go. The banh mi was good but the pork was a bit tough, almost like cha siu rather than the sliced grilled pork that I'm used to in banh mi. Overall it was tasty but for the price, there are better spots to grab banh mis around the viet town area in San Jose.

So word on the street is if you are in San Jose you have to have a sandwich from this place. So of course it was on my list to try. The chicken sandwich is to die for. It's pretty large so if you aren't hungry and there are two of you I suggest splitting it. While I had chicken there is pork and I think beef too. You can request extra meat. It doesn't look like much on the outside but it is actually some goodness inside.
