I was previously enchanted by liquid nitro ice cream and used to go to the OG location in Mission - it was located in a cute outdoor area, much like this one. What I like about this chain: they have fun flavors like basil or mint mojito. The ice cream is incredibly smooth! I got the Cookie Dough with Pretzels, which has a brown sugar base. Very creamy and the flavors are subtle. The fillings don't distract from the ice cream itself.I love that you can watch them churn the ice cream with liquid nitrogen in real time. This is a small ice cream shop or maybe a kiosk, because it doesn’t have sitting inside. The ice cream looks delicious. I took the vegan option, there is only one and it is a chocolate pop stick.
