I waited in line for about 10 minutes while the one worker made two or three drinks for someone who had obviously been waiting for some time before I got there. The worker said nothing to me as I stood in line for the 10 minutes and didn't appear to be too worried about anything until a store worker got in line behind me, who she greeted. I walked away and decided to get my tea elsewhere
Best Starbucks in west San Jose. I have to come to Safeway to get coffee now because the regular startbuck store sucks. Most of the time I only see one person working in the kiosk, but the solo employee is well trained, efficient and polite to customer. I'll keep coming here since the prospect starbuchs keep mess up my coffee ....

I ordered a cold drink yesterday since there's a Winsdays deal, a 50% off cold drink on Wednesday through August 9. There was only one person working there, and he said that deal doesn't work there because they're not Starbucks. They're Safeway. It was ridiculous! My friend got it from Starbucks inside Target, and got the deal. Either he's new and doesn't know what he's doing or he's just rude and doesn't want to work there anymore. I'm not going back to this location ever!
