Disappointed for the first time at any Starbucks location I have ever visited. I must have accidentally ordered a drink that was closely named to my usual and when I told the girl at the counter, she said that’s what you ordered and didn’t offer to replace the drink. True, I ordered it however, also true that I have seen many people return their drinks when they didn’t like them and have had the happily replaced. I hope this isn’t the new norm for Starbucks customer service.

So surprised to see low reviews for here! I frequent this Starbucks once a week after a chiropractor appt and love it!!! They always remember my order, very pleasant baristas here who always say have a nice day, good morning or something else nice. Genuine group of people, I love the vibe! There's also lots of soft seating here if you find yourself wanting a place to sit and work. I feel like it's hard to find soft seating these days and everything is mostly those hard wood chairs.

I will never understand why they intentionally burn their coffee. Who wants coffee that tastes like the inside of a fireplace? The location is great - the only reason it's not 1 star.

All I have to say is wow. Anybody goes to this store get ready to get beat up. You show up at 5:40 AM 10 minutes after they're supposed to be open and the person that greeted me at the door and unlock the door. The door wasn't even open and ask them did your hours change? The rep says yeah we open at 5:40 AM. Clearly an FU Threaten to throw me out give horrible, snide remarks and tell you you can leave if you want to as consumers we all have choices. The representative was mean nasty not welcoming at all. When I called to talk to the manager, she was exactly the same. Could care less didn't care about their customer service didn't take responsibility for being late. An awful unnecessary experience.STAY AWAY.

Love this smaller neighborhood Starbucks. Staff is always friendly and smiling while they deliver my timely and much-needed caffeine. I've never had a poorly crafted or sloppy drink or food item. The store is cozy and tidy.Kid-friendliness: I love seeing all the kids eating snacks alongside parents in this safe and friendly location.Parking: Plentiful and free. I've never seen the lot anywhere near full.

Went with a buddy to get our caffeine on for a road trip, I got an iced shaken espresso with an extra shot and my friend got straight up 2 shots of espresso! hahaha. :p) I was enjoying my coffee at the first sip it wasn't ashy but, a nice cho-co-la-ty burst of coffee and some major sweetness blast. Just what the Dr ordered. I feel like this Sbux seems to be clean and bark out the orders and are really friendly too. We went on a Friday and there were tons of people waiting for orders and they were actually bringing orders to customers it was so BUSY. Overall I definitely will visit this spot for a caffeine blast again! One of the better Starbucks locations in the area. Plenty of parking in the small strip mall location. Friendly, efficient staff. They keep the place pretty clean and plenty of seating inside, with outside seating for nice days.

I had a problem with my credit card and I had to pay in cash, I only had a $100 bill, at 10:40 in the morning it seems incredible to me that they tell me that they cannot sell the products that I was going to consume because they did not have change. If it was true, there should be a minimum in cash at the till because I think all customers are the same, and I used to come to this same Starbucks very often, but the attitude of the saleswomen really made me feel very bad! i will never come back to this place
