So surprised to see low reviews for here! I frequent this Starbucks once a week after a chiropractor appt and love it!!! They always remember my order, very pleasant baristas here who always say have a nice day, good morning or something else nice. Genuine group of people, I love the vibe! There's also lots of soft seating here if you find yourself wanting a place to sit and work. I feel like it's hard to find soft seating these days and everything is mostly those hard wood chairs.
I will never understand why they intentionally burn their coffee. Who wants coffee that tastes like the inside of a fireplace? The location is great - the only reason it's not 1 star.

Disappointed for the first time at any Starbucks location I have ever visited. I must have accidentally ordered a drink that was closely named to my usual and when I told the girl at the counter, she said that’s what you ordered and didn’t offer to replace the drink. True, I ordered it however, also true that I have seen many people return their drinks when they didn’t like them and have had the happily replaced. I hope this isn’t the new norm for Starbucks customer service.
