Rafaela was the only one with a name tag, but she and the other lady working the register provided me with the best, fastest service I've ever had at a Subway. I'm not easily impressed by fast food service, but this is the only time I've been to a subway that I was impressed by. Will come back again.
Excellent service. I came during a busy rush period at this location, and I must say the staff handled it very well with ONLY three people working. One was in the back, one making sandwiches, another on the register. People who came in for online orders were very impatient. Very clean, very fast and friendly employees.Today I ordered meatball sub and the meatballs were still cold in the center. I visit this subway frequently and this is the first time this has happened. I tried calling to let them know so that they could heat them more so they didn’t get other complaints but I got a recorded line.
