I go to this place often and have brought my own cup to use. The other day, the person behind the counter would not allow me to use my own cup, saying that there is new management that doesn't allow it. One-use plastic is such a waste and so harmful to the environment. Please allow customers to bring their own cups to use. Other places do. It will also save you money!
When we are in the east side, we always try to visit this place. Bobas were good. They were busy today because they had people seeling kpop product. I didn't know the name of the boy band. We asked this person and it's like the baby brothers of BTS.

The staff is nice. The tea is good. The wait is not too long. I like the taste and the people who work here are always nice. It can get addictive. You have to make sure you don't go there too often because it is easy to do.
