Extremely rude interaction with a man assumed to be the manager because he gave me cash back. when I went to pay via card I hit the continue button and it charged a 18% tip. I already put some cash in the bucket but not 18% for making my sandwich. So I was incorrectly charged. He rudely opened the cash register and shoved the cash at me. If I could give this place less then 1 star I would. They just ask you what sandwich you want and do it whatever friggin way they want. Didn't ask what toppings or cheese I would like. I got the Italian. I don't like provolone they put it on anyway. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PARTICULAR STORE AGAIN...
