Can't follow directions for orders , ordered a simple burrito and when I got home I couldn't even tell you what kind of chewy meat this is? Called to ask them what they made vs what I ordered and the guy tries to tell me it's just the salsa that's making my mystery meat look like that, uhhh I also ordered no salsa in it. He said he was gonna pull my ticket up and then hung up on me . Never coming back and making sure to tell everyone I know not to go here again either.

The food is fantastic tasting, however it is not always made with quality or care. I order the same taco salad and quesadilla every time I go and it's hit or miss if they get my order correct and the main food server has a little attitude and is not polite when asked to correct mistakes or forgotten items. She shows signs of in patience with providing sauce or chips. She also uses Spanish to down talk customers when she thinks you don't understand. I am a repeat customer because the food always has a great taste however would recommend better service and attention to customers and food preparation.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian burrito and have the option to have other dishes made vegetarian.
Don't waste your money on stuffed chiles, they're not worth it. don't waste your money overpriced, and the food wasn't good at all. The parrots are

Got a birria quesadilla with Consommé to go. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The green salad that came with was very good. You also get a good amount of meat. Took them a little long to make though.

My wife ordered a burrito with just chicken, rice and guacamole on door dash this evening. When she received it it was minus the guacamole. She called the restaurant who said just come in and we will give some. My wife explained she was taking care of her invalid mother which is why she paid $20 for a burrito on door dash. The guy hung up. My wife recalled and the guy hung up again. My wife is always polite and does not treat people rudely. I'm sure all the guy had to do was apologize and offer to help instead of his possibly well honed problem skill of hanging up. We have been there MANY of times as a family. Not again.

Very very good on point food especially when I first discovered Gordos and the older male that always has a mug on his face was preparing the food. Since then there is new crew of servers and the food is good but not as great as before. I guess it depends on who prepared the food and cooks it.

Floresta Blvd location. Ok, my 2nd time eating lunch from here within a week. The first time the food was ordered and delivered via co- worker and was good I was interested-super burrito el pollo NO guacamole (allergy) refried beans cheese rice sour cream etc... burrito was wrapped tightly and stuffed inside, reason I chose to have lunch again here yesterday. Restaurant is in a park n sav and planet gym plaza of course mid day 12 pm parking lot full normal construction site. Restaurant is clean and airy bathrooms and can dine in, you can see food being prepared did not see a salsa and garnish bar. The wait was not long for a Tuesday at 1215. They have multiple options for meat and size, wet or dry for dine in or take out. Ordered super el pollo refried beans NO guacamole everything other and a wet steak burrito . My burrito was still good but the presentation seemed rushed. My co worker order a burrito and had no chips in bag then when told forgot chips was handed small bag of chips and told not included if want more extra cost to her surprise was included last time. My order was called 5 numbers after she order (not sure if forgot). When I received a dry burrito and then a wet burrito (two separate orders) in the same bag with limes, veggies the normal garnishes (for one) the green sauce had leaked inside bag on to my burrito (could have place d in brown bag before putting on plastic). I noticed when back at work NO chips smh. It is a place I would visit again if in area it seems based on day and time order food will be prepared and presented noticeably different. I received what I ordered it was filling and decent. Prices are expected not to high order was about $25.00. Never do I take pictures of food I order to eat. Chips would have added another star seriously!

This place is usually good my family and I order food here all the time, but tonight I'm not sure what was going on. I ordered my usual, Shrimp fajitas with flour tortillas and the tortilla were HARD. So hard I could only eat 1 of 3. The 2nd one I tried to break off the hard pieces and the 3rd shell I just couldn't bite into it. The shrimp and bell peppers are usually well seasoned but again I'm not sure what's going on, it lacked flavor and wasn't good at all. . If this was my first experience here I would NEVER COME BACK. I called and spoke to a lady over the phone and she apologized, I appreciate it but it's nothing like poor quality food when you're hungry lol. I truly hope this is not how they're going to start doing things.. We ordered more food but I won't continue my rant because again, they usually serve quality food.. everyone's entitled to have a bad day.

I needed a quick lunch while working. I was happy to see people in the restaurant and lots of pick-up orders ready. We ordered 2 shrimp Quesadillas and drinks. The meal was ready and delicious. The shrimp was large and plenty perfectly cooked. It was delicious and filling.Parking: Large shopping center parking.Kid-friendliness: Lots of table booths.
