“We have always been fans of the SLO location but always take out. We decided to visit Osos today and we’re not disappointed.Firstly they have additional menu items including a fantastic burger. We just had a plain cheese burger for my toddler and it was fantastic. We got our usual Dutch punch crunch (never disappoints). The Strauss soft serve ice cream was a nice surprise!Downsides were no big bags of chips and a really small selection of non alcoholic bottle/can drinks. There is a large gift shop area and a large selection of bottle wines. Both beer and wine on tap too!TLDRBurgers! Lots of seating, kid friendly. We will absolutely be coming back to this location.Kid-friendliness: Lots of high chairs available. Play kitchen space outside.“
“Charming as hell. Can see why it has been around so long. Great sandwiches; quality ingredients and great bread. Thoughtful assortment of local/relevant food/wine and various cool Knick knacks. Will return again and would recommend to friends/family.“
“Absolutely phenomenal sandwich. Impeccable even. I got a pastrami, provolone sandwich with the works on sliced sourdough and I've never tasted anything better in my life. I am a big sando enthusiast and this made me very enthusiastic. Great ambiance too. Not the most flashy on the outside but that's how you know you're about to taste one of the best sandwiches of your life. The outdoor seating gives off great vibes.“
“Lots of options for food and drink. There’s a Mediterranean food place “the green olive” in the store that sells Mediterranean food and breakfast burritos. The store is well kept and in a nice area.Vegetarian options: Lots of salad options, humus, domas, and some deserts“
“On a long journey north to Paso Robles, a stretch of the legs, some fresh ocean air and a delicious coffee and ice cream refreshment is just the ticket. Hula Hut has a great selection of ice cream flavors and is perfectly located right on Front Street to take your treats and go sit and enjoy. Parking We parked in the Avila Public Parking lot on First Street. Street parking is available but an open spot is always hard to find and this lot always has spaces. Its not free, or cheap, but worth it to skip the hassle of driving around for ages trying to find an open space elsewhere.“
“Great little place to stop in on while walking on the Bob Jones trail. They have good food for meals. Either to go or you can eat on site in a little dining area they have. It's more of a small scale grocers and deli. Every time I've been in here, the folks working have been very nice and I've always been satisfied with the food.“
“This place has amazing sandwiches but they are quite expensive. However you do get a decent portion size and I would eat here again for sure.My biggest disappointment was with the service. I bought a sandwich not realizing they had a deal that if you buy a T-shirt, you get your sandwich for $5. I really wanted to get a T-shirt for my partner who grew up in SLO and has very fond memories of high st deli but now lives abroad- so when I saw the sign outside I went back in to see if they would honour the deal as I had just placed the order for the sandwich a few minutes ago (but hadn’t received it yet). They said no and then disregarded me, which is really poor service to me and a big disappointment overall.“
