Food was good, yet to ever have a bad meal service was meh, and was in her own world and complaining about life and time change. Not the most professional IMHO. ALL in all wasn't the best but def better than In &Out any day.

Food and service were good. It's bit pricey but so is everything these day's especially if you want quality ingredients. We ordered 1 Bacon cheeseburger 1 cheeseburger 1 reg Cajun fries and 2 shakes for $53.00.

Stopped by here around 9:45 as I commonly do on Friday nights when i pass through this side of town. Yes i am aware they close at 10 which is why I only come in for quick milk shake only this time I was told the machine was "broken" the problem is I know this is not true. Looking over at it I could see that the station was broken down not to be repaired more like to be cleaned and sterilized as you would normally do at the end of a shift. Normally I wouldn't care to even comment on it but after getting in my car I watched two other cars pull up separately both who walked inside exchanged a few words the walk right back out same as I did. I also watched the employees all look at one another and Laugh about their interaction each time as well. It would've been perfectly understandable if they had said oh we closed it early and apologize. But the fact they lied about and then laughed behind customers backs was just childish. Also side note i didn't recognize any of the employees not sure if they recently had an influx of new employees because in the past the employees were nice and friendly this time I got the vibe that they were annoyed i walked in 15 min before closing which I get but also like you're getting paid

Staff and food are excellent. Parking lot can be tight during peak times due to proximity to Cal Poly, but if you need a solid burger this is a good call.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant

5 guys 5 stars. I like this place. I like all the 5 guys, and this is right up to quality consistency. Anytime you need a Burger. This is a great stop and you're better to choose all the toppings with no extra charges. He just gotta love it 5 guys. I'll be back again and again and again.

Umm totally bland, no seasoning. Fries were ok... I guess. Nothing very good here. Totally empty at like 915. Kinda lame.

Their milk shakes are amazing.I had a custom shake..peanut butter and sea salt caramel ? ?I look forward to trying out the burgersHighly recommend

Employees do not listen and can not take order correctly I did not asked for grilled onions they put it on the order I ask em to not put it the burger guess what they did put it on the burger to pay $10 for a hamburger let alone a thin patty for someone to not even make it right is bs . Lowkey McDonald’s is better and that place is actual trash.

Came here multiple times and it's a very disappointing burger for the amount of money I paid. It's a lot more bland than you'd think and I'd rather drive all the way to Arroyo Grande to get some in out and it'd be way cheaper and 10x better. I can tell they probably make a lot of money because of all the white people with money out here, or all these college kids that'll eat up an overhyped food like no tomorrow. The way they package it is annoying too! They just throw the bland ass fries all over the burger so you have to go through a greasy mess just to grab it and you're already all messy. That's not enjoyable

I've liked this place for a while, the burgers are really good (although sometimes can fall apart a bit... That's a good sign of actual beef in there). I posted this review though bc I got exceptional service in a 5 minute interaction with Jeremy so I wanted to give him a shout-out... I kept messing my own order up and forgetting things I wanted and he was really nice about it and laughed it off with me. Customer service can be a draining job, people underestimate how trying it can be to be all friendly when it's been a long day etc etc. Whoever manages this place give this guy a raise
