Ambiance is great, very friendly staff and specially the chef and owner Nicola Allegretta is always very kind and makes us feel welcome every time.Mistura is a modern Peruvian restaurant that offers traditional elements of Peruvian Cuisine by using Peruvian ingredients and also locally sourced, natural and organic ingredients.My favorite dishes are Arroz con Marisco, Escabeche and Muy Machito (Fresh White Seabass Fillet cooked with spicy Aji Amarillo, Clams, Mussels, Shrimps, Calamari and White Wine served with Peruvian White Rice) love it! ? and Rompe Muelle one of their cebiche.
