The cereal milk ice cream that I get tastes just like they made u cream out of the leftover milk from frosted flakes. It's also cool to see them make it. A little pricy, but it makes sense. Line gets really bad on Thursdays around the time of the SLO farmers market so beware of that.

I legit thought this place was quite poor. No ambience to the location - there's not even an inside and in line you are treated to a view of a row of lab grade liquid nitrogen tanks, yuck. I'm a fan of human interaction at the register, but this place is poor even for automated self-checkout... they don't list all of the flavors available on the wall as you wait in line, so you're figuring out things on the touch screen still. I totally changed my order after seeing what was on the screen because the list on the wall was incomplete. Then the food came and all mystery was gone - not that creamy at all and poor mouth feel. Bad waffle cone texture and flavor. Other liquid nitrogen places are way better.

The wait is definitely worth it. It's so fun to watch the crew bust out all these cool creations. It's a whole experience getting ice cream here, so much better than just having someone scoop ice cream out a tub

We didn't realize it was nitro ice cream so we were a little taken aback by the prices. But the product was excellent; I think it's really worth it for the experience. The nature of making the nitro ice cream means it takes a while; they had 4 people working and we were still waiting for a bit but I know they were all doing their tasks.For me with the prices and wait time I would probably go somewhere else by myself but I would take visiting friends for the experience. I do wish they had just a couple more flavor options. I also personally would prefer if my order was taken by a person, but I realize that that would increase the labor costs.

This is my favorite place to get ice cream!!! Its soooooo gooood!!! I dont know what they put in the ice cream but girl, its delish. The vibes are A1, the employees that work at this location are so nice. If I could eat this ice cream every day and not die of diabetes , I would.

Holy shit. At first I was like, ok, it's gonna be $9 for an ice cream cone, this is gonna be overpriced and kinda lame. We got the PB Nutella, the Saturday Cereal and the Strawberry Cream, all in Nite Cones. Ridiculously good. I don't know how nitrogen makes ice cream creamier but it def does. The cones are warm because they make them fresh. It really is next level ice cream. Def coming back.

Nite creamery while pricey is my favorite icecream place in SLO. Every flavor is fantastic and the add ons add so much flavor and aestheticness. You order on a tablet so there's not a ton of service involved but i almost prefer that. Skip mcconnells go to Nite Creamery! Delicious everytime!
