We got seated quickly. The waitress was friendly. The establishment was clean. Started off with the top shelf old fashion, which I loved. Then, we moved on the pulled pork fritters, which was delicious and much better than what I was expecting. Then the menu was 10oz ribeye steak grilled to perfection. I like my steak medium rare and did not disappoint.
Quite an amazing place in SLO Public Market. I visited & had a great chat with the owner, John, about all sorts of topics while also checking out the fantastic lab that they have for whipping up their distilled spirits & creations. Besides being a cool fractional distillery, John does his food science magic with all sorts of fresh flavor extracts & skill.
