Tried out the Bulgogi bowl, and the Mandoo. (Those were HUGE mandoo! *thumbs up*) Would definitely recommend to others considering adding another lunchtime variety to their mix. Food was great. Service was great. Ambience is a little hard for me to comment on since I ordered mine as a takeout order with a friend, but there was plenty of parking, which is helpful for me during lunchtimes. I'm a lightweight when it comes to spicy food, so I haven't tried their spicy bowl yet.
Yes! More Korean food in SLO! My wife and I have tried everything on their menu and love all of it. The mandu is perfectly fried, the beef and pork are elevated with thin strips of lightly sauteed veggies, and there's kimchi to round it all out. The recent change to the spicy pork gives it a wonderful bite without drowning out the bulgogi flavors. I tried the beef bulgogi and the mandoo (mandu). Would highly recommend. The kind of food I'd take my time eating to enjoy the flavor.
