Baking classes, Happy Hours that give back to the community, Free samples, a great variety of fresh baked bread (and meals) and a lovely owner and staff...what more can I say?! Thankful for this San Luis Obispo original.
Food is ok, but limited vegan options. It's a nice setting inside, but a bit of a weird spot.Edit to reply: we did ask specifically for vegan options and got more or less a blank stare. It's awesome to hear that you do have those options, but please train the staff about the options (or better yet, add a vegan section or annotations to the menu).

I had the Western sandwich for lunch. Oh my ... It was so delicious! The horseradish sauce was perfectly added to give each bite it's delightful flavor! I took half home for later and it was just as tasty!
