“Friendly staff and always greeted with a "good morning!" This is my go-to Starbucks when I'm in town. It can be busy at time given it's a small store but my drinks are made correctly and being able to mobile order ahead is much appreciated.“
“It was my first time at Starbucks. I walk in and I was immediately greeted with phenomenal customer service & with the respect that any customer should expect when they walk into any establishment. Thanks to Tiffany & her coworker for helping me out, taking their time explaining the menu and giving me a free drink to sample.“
“Alan was SO friendly and helpful during my visit. He made great drinks for my family and I and gave us some suggestions for things to do in the area (we are visiting) while he was preparing our order. Really great staff, easy parking, good drinks, and my kiddos gave the cake pops and hot cocoa a 10/10!“
“Super busy location but the staff is on top of it. Great service!**Parking is a nightmare partially because the nail salon is always moving cars around so their staff can get better parking spots throughout the day, lol** but I can’t fault Starbucks for that.“

“A Starbucks truck! I mean could Cal Poly get any more trendy?!? The answers to all your hopes and dreams can come true in this truck because you have not one, not two, but three opportunities to get some Starbucks on campus. I think the truck is super convenient. It's by the library and hub of many class buildings. It's hours are different than a typical Starbucks, but is generally out during the week from about 8 am to sometime early afternoon (2-3 pm depending on the quarter from what I've experienced). Perfect for those morning and afternoon caffeine kicks. For it being a truck, they carry all the main menu items and a have food items too (just selective, think most popular!). I've never had a problem ordering a drink from here and the line wait is normally not too bad. A couple extra minutes wait will go by quick if you people watch and soak in the sunshine. I've found the service to be pretty efficient and have always had a good experience here. I'd recommend stopping by if you're in a coffee mood on campus. The food truck vibes just makes it an even more fun experience. Wish the truck was open longer but hey there's still 2 more Starbucks on campus if you really need it ;)“
“I always enjoy the quality of Starbucks coffee and I appreciate the convenience of the kiosk version inside stores like Target; however the service and speed one comes to expect from the Starbucks brand is always lacking in these smaller operations.“
“Love love love all Starbucks everywhere it's always delicious made to perfection I order the caramel frappe it's my favorite drink but they have plenty of other great drinks too. Even little bites to eat that are delicious as well“
“The baristas here are always so nice :3 They are one of the only starbucks's in SLO that makes the brown sugar shaken espresso correctly and they nail my drinks every time. I don't support Starbucks as a whole company after everything that has occurred but the employees here still deserve to have jobs and they do an amazing job :) Sometimes the wait here is long but the workers are super helpful. I don't come here to study so I don't know the outlet situation but they make my drinks super yummy and if theres ever a mistake they always correct it“
