ok tea but nothing special, greatly overpriced but the rude service by the lady made me do a post, asked her how to order, while she was behind the counter, visible upset the responce was" no speak English" and then a couple of minutes later here she comes , "order # ..., cash pay pick up at counter please" in perfect English, will give my $7 for a cup of tea full of ice somewhere else

Top tier tea spot. Came for boba (which was great… bubbles more delicate than most spots), then came back for the shop. Then saw they have a crazy good loose leaf tea game. I asked for a mug, they served it in hand-thrown ceramic.Never mind the Madonna Inn, this is SLO’s must-visit.Wheelchair accessibility: Gentle ramp brings you in. I *think* it would accommodate a wheelchair.

Super cute tea house with a lot of varieties. The Taro fluff is like a cross between ice cream and shaved ice. The strawberry cheeze has whipped cream cheese on top, very refreshing, recommend getting it half sugar as it is on the sweet side.

My favorite place! The best tea in SLO served by the best people. I have been able to get to know the owners over the years of coming in and they are incredible. I thought all the traditional bobas (black tea with milk and boba) were the same until I tried their boba. I didn't modify the sugar level, but sweetness wasn't too overpowering. In fact, it was just the right amount. There was also something about their black tea that made the boba taste flavorful. We tried mango pomelo, and it was very tasty too. The only downside is the limited number of tables inside the tea house, but everything else was good.

You can't find a better Brown Sugar Boba Milk tea anywhere in California! We've been going here the last few years since it opened and brown sugar milk tea is my favorite. I order it at other places and my husband will ask me what I think and my answer everytime...."It's not a sweetie cup!" MY Husband has tried their other drinks and never has a complaint. They are friendly here, and don't waste a minute getting your order to you. But overall the flavor is sublime! Very very best!
