Remodel years ago was nice and became one of the best tacobells in the state. Went there after work last night at 1am and got in my car with my two small tacos at 1:34am. Maybe 8 people in the lobby and 3 working should NOT take half an hour for a fast food order. Hopefully this was a one off. I've been in there years ago late friday/sat and seen them popping out orders for 4-5x the crowd size.

The San Luis Obispo Santa Rosa Street store is unsafe. On 2/11/2024 at approximately 10:30 PM my son was physically assaulted inside this store by a total stranger for reasons unknown. There were several witnesses; however, most had left between the time the police officer showed up. She inquired of remaining witnesses, but none of the Taco Bell staff stepped up, including the on-shift manager. Valuable evidence from security cameras was not offered. The chances of capturing the dangerous criminal who sent my son to the emergency room has been greatly diminished by Taco Bell's lack of response and cooperation.

The tables were dirty, no one ever smiles when my wife and I go in there and the floors look like they hadn't been swept for a couple hours.Parking: It's a pain in the butt to get out of the parking lot because either exit, goes on to a busy street! There was trash all over the lot and sketchy people everywhere!!!
The Taco Bell chain has always been pretty standard in service and quality. It’s fast food and you know what to expect when you walk in.But not this dump! Food was cold and less than would be expected. Service and atmosphere were both a fail. Had this been my first experience with Taco Bell it’s safe to say I would never try another one.

I ordered a small portion of food and it took 20 minutes to get when no one was there. The bathrooms look like nobody has cleaned it in weeks with toilet paper and piss everywhere, when i got my order they forgot my slushy and gave me the wrong size and when i said something he refused to say anything then another coworker offered to help me. I do not recommend going to this taco bell.
