they make you wait in a separate line/space to bring out your order even when they arent busy, and they take forever to bring it to you. my boyfriend and i were waiting and multiple people after us that ordered got their items, when all we got were 2 simple drinks. when they finally brought it out to us, my order was completely wrong. Ive seen some other reviews having this same issue where their order was clearly not cared enough about or they fill up a drink with water. Ive also had a large drink before and i wanted no ice so they just filled it half way and told me "its our policy" so i was basically paying for a small when i got a large. Love their drinks but not the workers!! hope this gets better

I’ve only had positive experiences at this location! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I am always greeted with a smile and professional pleasantries. Ryan is one of the super star employees! Love this location! Remember kindness begets kindness :)

I tried this place instead of going to Starbucks and actually liked their coffe better , but this morning i order a coffe and a bagel which i got the coffe but not the bagel, I would expect some form of communication like “ your food item would be ready in a minute “ but nope employees just look at you with a attitude! In my work industry customers tip well so I practice the same behavior and I tipped for horrible service! Back to Starbucks I go ??

Super expensive & employees are SO SO SO rude. They just are unhappy people, not one smile the entire time & killed their vibe. Coffee is good quality, considering it’s 10$ a drink it better be. No parking. Long drive through lines are the norm. 10/10 would not recommend.
They have a lavender latte and Starbucks doesn't which makes them better in my book. ?

The lid popped off the coffee when the cashier handed it to me, covering me in hot coffee, and the cashier didn’t say anything or even offer napkins. Be careful ordering at this location. The employees are so rushed that they can’t even put the lids on properly or offer a napkin when they burn their customers. This happened again the next time I went, too. Also, I’ve waited 45 minutes at the window trying to pickup a mobile order. It would’ve been faster to drive through.
