The lid popped off the coffee when the cashier handed it to me, covering me in hot coffee, and the cashier didn’t say anything or even offer napkins. Be careful ordering at this location. The employees are so rushed that they can’t even put the lids on properly or offer a napkin when they burn their customers. This happened again the next time I went, too. Also, I’ve waited 45 minutes at the window trying to pickup a mobile order. It would’ve been faster to drive through.
Love coming to this spot!! Way better than the new ones!! They always are on point with my drinks!!! Tatiana!! She’s a keeper!!! So sweet and always attentive! Love my Mexican mocha’s!!!
