Avoid this location at all costs. Extremely poorly run, bad management that doesn’t train or prep their employees. Almost every time we have come they are out of a main ingredient. Today we got a salad without vegetables, without corn, without salad dressing. This is a common occurrence. Employees still expected us to pay extra for guacamole on top of this.Again, just go to a different chipotle, you will be thankful you did.

This chiplte has manager issues. The last time i was here there was a line about 20 people and only 2 people working the front. I seen another person washing dishes. The places was a wreck with all the drinks out and trash all over. Today i came in still dirty and no cheese. Seems like there is always peoples here.

Going through a line that's almost out the door is faster than waiting for for uber eats order to be made by 3 people.

I absolutely love chipotle, but this location needs to let go of half their staff and maybe hire a new manager. Disrespectful and lazy workers, half of them look high and that they hate being there, and horrible food safety standards. I’ve worked in food service my whole life but anyone would be able to notice these things.A few weeks ago I ordered a veggie bowl and the rice was literally not cooked, super hard to chew and not seasoned at all. The guac was not finished- it was simply large slices of underripe/firm avocados. I haven’t gotten a bowl since then cause I don’t wanna risk spending $20 just to throw uncooked food in the trash.Earlier today I ordered a veggie burrito and decided to give it another chance. (I also tipped 50% on my order because I was feeling generous) and they let some MEAT get into my VEGGIE burrito. That is just so wrong. I’m vegetarian mainly for health reasons, so could not risk eating more meat… and threw another $20+ meal in the trash. I’m disgusted.I order directly through the chipotle app, now I won’t even bother wasting my money anymore especially if I can’t see them make it. I’ve lost complete trust in the workers to do their job correctly.

This chipotle sucks. They never have anything in stock. After waiting in line for 15 minutes they didn’t have veggies, rice, beans, lettuce, guac or corn. They told everyone it would take 20 minutes for items to be in stock. I’ve came here several times and they do not keep there items in stock throughout the day. I recommend going to a different location.

So many bad things to say about this specific Chipotle.First: I LOVE Chipotle.Second: this location is the most disorganized and poorly run of all the ones I've ever been to (Orange County to San Diego and other spots outside of California). At least 6 people in the kitchen - one mixing the rice, one working to go orders, and others just standing around. One person working the line while one works the register - this last structure/assignment is pretty common as I've seen at other Chipotles. The difference is with a long line they both stepped away to socialize with their colleagues and goof off and no one else stepped in to help. (???) Those of us just stood in line watching with amazement and frustration.Side note: Call ahead/pick up orders were being managed by one hard working person but those arriving to pick up had to wait a good amount of time - at least 15 or 20 minutes. One guy was there before i got in line and still there when i left at least 20 minutes later. Mind you there were only 4 people ahead of me in line and it took 20 minutes...Third: the person taking my order was unfriendly and wouldn't even make eye contact nor was he audible. He had absolutely no interest in being polite or courteous in anyvway.I REALLY wish there were a different Chipotle around as I would ditch this one. Not my 1st time here - just my 1st time posting b/c it's awful every time I come and I'm annoyed.Food is good tho.Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device

Vegetarian options: I really enjoyed the sofritos option. It is tofu based and coupled with the spicy salsa, it was really tasty.

I showed up during opening which is 10:30 am. They did not unlock the doors until 10:40 am. When they came to unlock the doors, nobody alerted me or the other person that was outside waiting. I go inside to order and it is the same person who unlocked the door that is taking my order. He is extremely rude, because he was upset he packs a portion big enough for a 6 year old. I get to the register and the bowl is literally half full. I asked the worker to just charge me for extra meat so I can fill the bowl up. He then gives me a normal portion size of meat. By far the worst experience I've had at any chipotle. I would say to stay away from this chipotle. The worker just got work done on his arm and it is a red and green dragon.

There's always a long line and slow service. As a person standing in line, I feel secondary to the steady stream of Uber eats and door dash customers.

Look, I love Chipotle, but the management here is off their game. This place is always out of ingredients (even rice??), sometimes lids/containers. I feel like if the place had a slogan it should be "Chipotle: it's almost what you wanted."And I'm sure the staff are good people, but they are the slowest as well. These folks slink slowly up and down the kitchen like they have swine flu, while a progressively larger line is forming.I'm slowly becoming a bit reluctant to come back here.

Walked up to order at 10:32am, 2 minutes after they are supposedly open, according to Google and the stickers on their door. Multiple employees saw me try and open the still locked door. I stood outside for 5 minutes before walking to In and Out to eat. Clearly they were not ready to open on time and no one made any hurry to talk to me.

This chipotle is consistently horrible. They make very small inconsistent portions. They are always out of peppers and the time before last, they said they were completely out of peppers, guacamole and chicken. But after I paid and went through the line, they were making peppers. They bold faced lied and we asked a manger if they had them. On other orders, I have had very small burritos the size of Taco Bell. They always have brown rotting lettuce, which makes me sick. My food today barely had any meat in it, a quarter size amount of Barbacoa (photo attached). I really love chipotle and I don’t know why I keep going back. I always take the survey on online orders but nothing changes. They are going to lose a very good customer.
