I order my food for pick up in advance and they didn’t have the food ready until 20 minutes past the pick up time. On top of that they forgot part of my order and had to ask for it. The portion of my bowl was also way smaller than what I get at other pollo locos.

It took 20 minutes to make the smallest $11 burrito I've ever seen. If I can add a photo you'd see the length of my hand is bigger than the length of the burrito. What kind of world do we live in that this is acceptable?

I used to like El Pollo Loco a lot for their fresh salsas and of course the chicken. But these days I find myself eating there less and less because everything is prepackaged (except chicken) and the vibe is just not as good. I got the 4 piece chicken as the pieces are not big with extra tortillas and only 1 choice of salsa. The chicken was a little dry, but I still liked it. The store was pretty cold inside (it was December) and the restrooms were clean. The counter service was ok but not great. I miss the old days a lot.

So I am new to the pollo app. I came into the restaurant not knowing how to navigate the app to get my rewards. Elizabeth was helping me and took me out of the line and showed me how to order, customize my order and redeem my reward. She was patient and kind . A wonderful employee and a very nice person. 5 stars to her and the restaurant! The food was prepared quickly and presented hot and appetizing. We will be back

I never received the food, the voice mail hasn’t been set up. You can’t get in contact with them. My card was charged and it says the food was delivered!!!Make that make sense to me. It’s really frustrating!! No good service and no one to call very unprofessional!
