Terrible... Gave us old fries ? because I asked for fresh ones since the same thing happened the last time. I was so sure that they would be good this time because the girl seemed to be sweet. But nope. And no ketchup either ... Never ever again....

I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated. Early Sunday morning, around 1 am, as we were returning from the airport, the individual managing the orders yelled at us and displayed blatant disrespect. This behavior must be addressed promptly; it's unacceptable to treat people in such a manner.

Parking: Supervisor Anna Maria asked me to park in the handicapped parking to wait for my food this not the first time I have been asked to this. Being a parent with a disabled child and have a handicap placard I refused as this is strictly for the disabled. I feel the owner needs to have the store stop this action since this is against the law.When I asked for the in owners number they said to call in the morning and ask for the manager. I told them why would I do that because you just told me that they are the ones who told you to do it.

Nicolas who worked graveyard shift 1/14 at 12 AM was extremely rude and disrespectful got my order wrong and when I kindly asked the order be fixed he proceeded to give me an attitude. Grew up coming to this Jack and my mom is very good friends with the manager who also knew me as a kid never had a bad experience at this Jack.

12/18/2023 i went to complain about two missing tacos. ALWAYS FORGET. the manager in charge was very rude. She accuse me of going multiple times, saying the same thing. I wouldn’t say the same thing if they don’t forget my tacos.

I PLACED A ORDER AT 2:55 AM WHEN THE STORE CLOSES AT 3:30. I ARIVED AT 3:07 TO FIND THAT THE EMPLOYEES DECIDED TO CLOSE EARLY FOR NO REASON AND SIT IN THEIR CARS IN THE PARKING LOT INSTEAD OF WORKING. I NEVER GOT MY FOOD EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND I WAS AT THE STORE BY CLOSING TIME. THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN ABSOLUTELY LAZY.UPDATE: WENT BACK TO STORE AT 4:30 WHEN THEY OPEN SAT IN LINE WITH 4 OTHER CARS UNTILL 4:43 JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THEYRE STILL CLOSED AND WONT BE OPEN TILL 6AM SO 3 HOURS LATER AND I MIGHT GET MY FOOD. TRIED CALLING THE STORE TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND THE 2 EMPLOYEES WILL NOT ANDWER THE PHONE EVEN THOUGH OBVIOUSLY THEYRE NOT BUSY MAKING FOOD. THIS HAD BEEN THE WORST FASTFOOD EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
