Great service and great food. What more could you ask for. Not really geared for dine-in, there are tables inside. They were very busy when we got there, but the speed at which they made the sandwiches made the time pass quickly.

Horrible location! Workers in the back talk and waste time! There were 5 workers there and the sandwiches took 35 minutes for 3 sandwiches! How ridiculous! Im always waiting when its this location because they have no sense of urgency!

Came in for lunch. Wifey and I both got the Philly Cheese steak sandwiches. I got regular bread she got the gluten free. Upon tasting the GF break wifey didn't like it (Jersey Mike's purchases their GF breaks elsewhere). Wifey asked if she could buy a loaf of regular bread to transfer the meat into it and the sandwich preparer (Cameron) changed the bread without any hesitation or extra charge. This is the type of customer service every franchise needs. Thanks Cameron and thank you JM's!!!

The staff here is excellent, and the sandwiches are good, I come in maybe once every few months, it just seems like a refined subway to me tho, which isn't bad, but 3 stars for average. Great staff tho, friendly and attentive and efficent.

Aubrey or Audrey I forgot her name. Wednesday night and other customer and I were the only two and I see her, she has a septum piercing and is short, very pretty girl. But she was alone and two other tall white males, were messing around in the back kitchen and when I asked her if she was the only one, one of her coworkers said “ now she is” and made funny adjustments when walking behind me and had a smirked face when he was walking out… if I could give the tips to her only I would but I know they go to the company.. they need better staff for a nice person like her.

I would love to thank the team who helped me yesterday, 2/22/23. They prepared 30 SANDWICHES on the spot for a business meeting. I didn't have time to preorder and walked in around 11 AM. THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! They were kind and worked fast as the lunch rush was starting to flow through the doors. I am grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

I drove 5 minutes after buying this and by the time I opened it it was so soggy it was inedible. Also, if you're going to turn my wrap into soup the least you could do is throw a few napkins in the bag.

The guy with curly long hair asked the girl to come to the back to change a rock song while I was waiting for 15 minutes. No awareness or respect for other people's time
