Expensive for what you get. The meal I bought was filling, but a lot more than I'd expect to pay. I went during lunch time and there was only one other customer. That should have been a red flag. The meat was tough and fatty, beans and rice were ok. Service wasn't great. They offered no suggestions, and it's the kind of place where you just kinda have to know what you want to order. Just ate lunch there for the first time, and I would go back. Got a simple bean burrito, but it came in a plate with a salad. Chips and salsa also included. Good food and value for sure.

The la maria house special burrito lacked seasoning and it was mostly lettuce and salsa. 5 rolled beef tacos were over cooked with very little meat, and a slight smell of old oil. Each item was $10 so I was expecting something of better quality. We won't be returning.
