First time in here. The drink they made me was okay. They ran out of whip cream but this place gets super busy and I came in the afternoon so it's not too surprising. However everyone was really nice here.

This Starbucks is one of the worse ones. Been here over a dozen times, I usually get a cold brew or a hot tea because they cant really mess up on that. When I do get a macchiato or blended drinks they always mess. I understand it's busy due to the college students. Or if the drink is a bit complicated but if you mess up more than three times that's just pathetic. I ordered a grande caramel macchiato with extra caramel with almond milk and a cup of ice.
