Waited a hour for food after I told them multiple times and was told “they’re working on it”. Eventually the manager said they lost our ticket? Absolutely ridiculous. The crunch wrap was flat and flavorless…somehow didn’t taste like Taco Bell. Manager comped us but that doesn’t really give me back the time I wasted. Really should consider opening that second line seeing as how all the recent reviews have been saying the exact same thing. Lack of awareness, lack of urgency, lack of communication, & worst a lack of care. I understand it’s just fast food, but ya’ll make $20/hr *base*, maybe try a little more or find someone who does.

Sooo slow. Ones of the slowest I’ve been to. $20/hr for service like this? This shouldn’t be considered fast food at this point. Slow food.Also quesadilla was hardly cooked and soda was out of flavor

Always slow shouldn’t take more than 3 minutes per order worst Taco Bell and fast food restaurant out there should just fire everyone and start fresh maybe go hire some people from in and out or chick-fa-la and maybe they will get there food out quickly

Waited an HOUR in the drive thru. A 15-30 minutes wait, fine whatever. AN HOUR? Unacceptable.When I worked for Taco Bell we were scolded for anything over a 4 minute ticket for the drive thru. I even had a mobile order, with 3 tacos and a quesadilla, I feel bad for the 15 cars who were behind me, as their wait will likely be worse. Whoever was managing this shift did not prepare properly for a Saturday night. The team should have also utilized both lines to combat the drive thru AND walk in orders.. with 5 employees, and 2 stocked lines,. This is possible.. The manager also NEDDS to make sure her crew is wearing their hairnets appropriately at all time. I should not see hair loose and swinging around the line. You already know your customers are going to be upset over an hour wait; it is crucial you do not give us another reason to feel uncomfortable or unappreciated as customers. I have additional comments I will be sharing with corporate when I call in the morning. I am so shocked.The only compliment I will give the staff is that they communicated to make sure my order was correct AND the girl working the drive threw was filling drinks when cars pulled up rather than making them and letting them sit. However in her spare time, she could have been used to help expedite, over restocking a line that saw a car maybe every 15 minutes.

So, I usually have a mediocre/decent experience here, but today my Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos had super hard, uncooked rice mixed in, which LITERALLY CHIPPED MY TEETH!!! Two piece of my tooth came out as a result, and when I confronted the staff, they could care less, but did remake it for me LOL! I told them that they are lucky I'm not someone who would try to sue, etc, but they really need to be careful!

Worst location and service around, waited for my order for 45 minutes as the workers are serving orders for people that came way after me. Seriously ridiculous and so unprofessional. They need to learn how to work on their orders in a timely manner. Super disappointed honestly going to call headquarters!

Ordered on mobile to save time. They don’t start making your order until you are at the restaurant and check-in. Didn’t save any time and waited 20+ minutes for my order AFTER checking in. The people in the drive-thru are waiting 30 minutes. Not worth it.

Worst experience here ever . Ordered two boxes and they missed half the order . Walked in there to straighten things out to see two people on their phones . Took two people and over 20 minutes to figure out why we were waiting in the lobby and what food we were missing. Never going to this location

Slowest location I’ve ever been too and when I went inside I only saw women behind the counter having conversations that seemed to take priority over making the food. Don’t come here on your lunch break they will waste your time

I used to go to Taco Bell often maybe once a week. I haven't been to a Taco Bell for a couple of years and this visit was a huge letdown. The food was terrible, I ordered some new chicken enchilada burrito. It pretty much tasted like dog food smells. It was absolutely terrible. The chips and cheese were good and the mountain dew was mountain Dewy but I can't get that taste out of my mouth from the burrito.
