It's a dive bar. So if that's what you are looking for, this is one of the only options in downtown San Mateo. Very comfortable outdoor seating. Super friendly bartenders that wait on you when you're seated outside. We had a great time watching the super bowl at this place. As well as a couple other playoff games.

The bartenders are always super nice! We have always had great service. My husband and I keep coming back to this divey bar and always have a fun time with the crowd. Johnny is great and I love his stories.

We brought in pizza from next door and had a few drinks. Tom and Mike at the bar were friendly and attentive. Lots of of locals who know each other. No drama, good drinks, and good conversation. Also a good place to watch a game.

A great spot to meet friends! I asked the owner/bartender if they're open for Sunday football. He said they open at 10AM for the early slate of games and are open past the last game of the day. One of the best parts about gathering here is that they allow outside food. There's plenty of food choices around the area so perfect for accommodating for a large group. The bar never got crowded both times we went (once on a Friday night and once on a Sunday). Friendly bartenders and good variety of drinks. They also have jello shots if you're into that.

What a dope little spot. I could definitely see this being my go to lounge.Tucked away in a strip mall, you could easily miss this place. The drinks were grear, the bartenders were on it and service was on point. Music set the perfect vibe! None of that oontz oontz oontz!
