Easy to order, quick service, and tasty food! You just order with the qr code and the food comes out in under 10 minutes. Some personal favorites- grilled oysters, enoki mushroom, pork belly, and prime grilled rib eye Definitely will come back again!
The restaurant has interesting design. It feels like you are outdoor but actually indoor. The foods are amazing. You can choose Japanese or Chinese style BBQ. The service is very warm and friendly. The server can help you customize your drink and the yakitori. I will come back for more for sure.

Was looking for a new place to try with a friend today and stumbled upon Prime BBQ. Really nice joint in a quiet part of San Mateo, with some surprisingly tasty skewers at fair prices! Design of the restaurant is nice, and presentation of the food was great. My friend really liked the Chicken skewers, but I personally loved the lamb and beef skewers!! They also have proper bar inside for those who drink :) Would recommend checking out and having a fun night out
