Forget the cold government building style lights… This place is absolutely amazing. I love San Pedro for many reasons. One of those is the authentic south of the border cuisine. Of all the places I’ve been, this is hands-down, the best. Best fish tacos, One or two extra? Yes, thank you, we can throw them in the box… best, shrimp taco, best asada burrito, El Salvadoran style pupusa, absolute fire. A bargain at twice the price. So atmosphere isn’t as dialed as the food, let’s be honest, typically restaurants get it the other way around. This is a five star mouth party, a foodie playground that is overlooked or passed by at your sad expense. Dude… fire.?

This restaurant is very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. We ordered taquitos dorados and they were HUGE. They were very flavorful. The pupusas were also HUGE! These were also delicious. The last plate was garanachas these were ok I’m not a fan of the cheese I believe it was cheddar. The meat was a little salty. Their prices are average and very worth it based on the size of their meals. We would definitely come back! They also have home made tortillas for tacos and have aguas frescas as well as sodas.

Some of the best Mexican/ Guatemalan food in San Pedro. The lengua here is impeccable , it's fall apart tender. The homemade tortillas take all of their dishes to the next level. The quesadillas are extra large for sure. Their salsa bar is great with original, handmade salsas and chile sauces.

Ever since my wife and I discovered Jefe's. We haven't stop raving how good it is. Awesome spot to get Mexican, Guatemalan, and Salvadoran cuisine. The whole family that runs the restaurant are super nice and attentive. And the portions are big. So for sure come hungry. Everything is awesome and well prepared. Our favorites are the pupusas and the garnachas. And can't forget their pineapple and cucumber agua Fresca. Actually all their agua frescas are amazing. Also the restaurant recently got a local artist to add art to their walls. A very good photo op

Went here to grab a quick bite on a Saturday evening. The guy working that day was very welcoming and helpful. The place is big and clean! As for the food their torta La mamalona was really good and their agua chile was tasty too! Def have to go back whenever I'm in the area again. Oh! And their waters are really good too!!

Home cooked food. We got a tacos of each meat and a bean and cheese pupusa. Didn't take a picture of that. Sorry not sorry! I dug in. That was the perfect combo of beans, cheese and masa. Not too much either. Tortillas are homemade and covered in meat. I got an agua de tamarindo made in house. Definitely recommend this spot. For sure will be coming back for those tacos and to try something else.
